Octopus Control is a Spanish online store that sells plug-and-play compatible TV remotes (not universal ones). It launched in July 2024.
Originally, the goal wasn't to sell remotes. I just wanted to buy new products in bulk and flip them on second-hand platforms like Wallapop. Remotes were part of the initial lineup, but I didn't fully specialize in them until a few months in.
The biggest setback came in October 2023, when my Wallapop account was suspended for two weeks. I fought hard to get it back — and succeeded. After that, Octopus Control expanded to other platforms and launched its own website.
So far, it's my most profitable and successful venture.
